Terms & Conditions — Career Bonanza 2026 | Organised by Exhiconnect Media Pvt. Ltd.
Terms & Conditions of Participation
The Space Booking Form should be duly filled and signed by an authorised person with company seal and submitted with requisite payment. Alternatively, applications may be made on participants' letterhead with payment. In any case, the booking will be subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Order acceptance shall be complete only when written confirmation and Bill is received by the Applicants.
The allotment and location of stands shall be at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Even if a location has been indicated, the organiser reserves the right to change the same. No stall numbers are allotted in advance.
Exhibitors will not be allowed to sub-let or divide their stands without special written permission from the organisers. Violation will lead to additional payment liability as decided by the organisers.
Any Exhibitor failing to occupy its assigned space one hour prior to show opening, or who leaves unattended during exhibit hours, forfeits rights to the space. All exhibits must be open during exhibit hours. Exhibitors should not dismantle their display until the event is officially closed.
Exhibits must not be placed beyond the stand booked. Distribution of brochures from gangways is strictly forbidden. Equipment presentations and promotional activities must be consulted with the Organiser in advance and cannot hinder other stands or movement of participants.
Removing furniture/electrical equipment from another booth is prohibited and strict action will be taken. On-the-spot requisitions will be serviced at 10% premium on usual rates. Participants are advised to make extra requisitions well in advance.
Nameboard fascia will be exactly as per this order. On-the-spot fascia changes will be charged ₹ 500/– on a first-come-first-served basis.
The Exhibitor shall bear total financial responsibility for equipment and stand fittings provided by the Organiser. Costs of damages arising from improper use of the stand shall be borne by the Exhibitor.
All amounts due shall be paid in full before taking possession of the stall. The Organiser shall be entitled to annul participation without the right to damages if charges have not been paid before taking possession.
The Organiser shall not insure or take responsibility for Exhibitors' property. Exhibitors must insure their property against burglary, fire, and Acts of God. The Organiser shall not be liable for damages from theft, fire, flood, power failure, or other causes beyond the Organiser's control.
All statutory liabilities including GST/VAT, octroi, customs duty, excise duty, service tax and/or any other taxes required for activities at the fair will be the exclusive responsibility and liability of the participants.
The exhibitor indemnifies the organisers against all actions, expenses, costs, charges, or claims which the organisers may be liable for in consequence of damage or injury occasioned by the act, default, or negligence of the exhibitor, representatives, servants, or workmen.
Any disputes arising from Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a civil court at the registered address of the Organiser. The organisers reserve the right to add or alter these regulations at any time.
Change in order (listing / fascia etc.) must be communicated in writing at least 15 days prior to the event. The Company will not be responsible for misunderstandings arising from verbally communicated instructions.
Force Majeure: The exhibition may be postponed/shortened due to any cause beyond the control of the Organisers. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitors attributable to force majeure, nature, or orders/directives of Governmental authorities. Money paid may be refunded at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
Use of public address systems, audio-visual systems, and height of displays in the booked space is subject to no inconvenience to other participants; the organisers' decisions shall be final.
Soliciting employment of organisers' staff is prohibited. In the event of a participant hiring organisers' staff, an amount equal to 6 months' salary offered will be paid to the organiser as recruitment and training costs.
Space only exhibitors must submit a security demand draft through their stand contractor for timely completion of booth work. The DD will be returned after verification of completion.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India only.
